THE ONE HOUR PROJECT

A subset of Bash’s Vandalized Classicism emerges from the ONE HOUR PROJECT - paintings executed in sixty minutes using only the three primary colors (spray paint excluded).

The project is an homage to early punk rock, which similarly produced short, loud, fast songs built on three simple chords.

The goal is to bypass the ego, reject hesitation, and produce work that is loud, fast, and beautiful in its imperfection: art that is impossible to ignore.
